BCAA Ethyl Ester
Stacker A contains the specific 2:1:1 BCAA Ratio. The primary functions of the Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA's) are increasing several anabolic functions, like the protein synthesis and nitrogen retention. Using Stacker A prior to your training and direct after the exercise reduces catabolism (reduces muscle break down), promotes glycogen re-synthesis (energy) and promotes a more anabolic hormonal environment (such as growth hormone (GH), IGF-1, and insulin). BCAA supplementation during intense training may help minimize protein degradation and thereby lead to greater gains in fat-free mass.
Difference between BCAA Ethyl Ester and normal BCAA
The main reason that Stacker A is much more effective than other BCAA products is because of the added ethyl ester to each branch chain amino acid. The ethyl ester can be easily absorbed in your body. Therefore also each amino acid can pass through the intestine completely intact. Stacker A works faster, better and is much more effective in small doses than other BCAA products.
Suggested use:
Take 3-4 capsules of Stacker A (BCAA Ethyl Ester) prior to your workout and 3-4 capsules immediately after your training.
